The core motivation behind my business, Clear Communication, is rooted in my journey of healing and self-discovery. For many years, I struggled to balance my desire for connection with my need for self-care. I often found myself caught in a cycle of self-judgment and passive silence, unable to advocate for my needs or express my emotions in healthy ways. This internal struggle made it difficult to connect with others and myself authentically.
My transformation began when I started exploring the principles of Authentic Relating. Through workshops, therapy, and genuine connection with others, I learned to listen to my needs, confront my fears, and step into vulnerability. This change was not an easy process; it required facing the painful stories I’d been telling myself for years and breaking through the barriers that kept me stuck. But by embracing these challenges, I found that self-advocacy and empathy are key to building meaningful, lasting relationships. I’ve learned that genuine connection comes from the courage to be vulnerable and honest—not just with others but with myself.
The lived experiences that have shaped my work today are deeply personal. From my struggles with self-love and self-criticism to the challenges of navigating relationships while honouring my needs, I’ve walked the path of emotional growth and healing. These experiences, background in secondary education, and training in mindfulness and nonviolent communication have equipped me with the tools to support others on their own journeys. I understand what it feels like to be stuck in patterns that prevent genuine connection. I know the power of compassion, self-acceptance, and clear communication in overcoming these obstacles.
Now, as a Clear Communication Specialist, I use the lessons I’ve learned to help others build emotional intelligence, improve their relationships, and deepen their capacity for empathy. Through workshops, one-on-one coaching, and my Relational Fitness program, I provide tools and frameworks for people to communicate more authentically, express their feelings and needs, and connect with others more meaningfully. My work empowers individuals to break free from the limitations of fear, judgment, and misunderstanding and create a world where empathy and authentic connection are at the forefront of all interactions.
Forté Worthy isn’t just teaching communication—he’s lived the journey it takes to truly connect. After years of navigating people-pleasing, emotional suppression, and burnout in high-stakes roles like teaching and student wellbeing, Forté realised that sustainable connection begins with honest self-awareness and compassionate self-advocacy.
What followed was a deep transformation—from internal confusion and self-silencing to emotional clarity, self-acceptance, and authentic connection. His sensitivity, once something he tried to hide, became the very compass guiding his work. Forté doesn’t just share tools—he lives them, refines them, and embodies the transformation he invites others into.
What sets him apart is his emotional honesty, his willingness to examine the uncomfortable, and his ability to hold complexity without rushing to tidy answers. He knows how messy, subtle, and nonlinear personal growth can be—and he creates spaces where others feel safe to explore their own truth with compassion and clarity.
His business emerged organically, not from strategy but from alignment: a promise to himself to travel with purpose, an inspiring conversation, and a deep desire to contribute meaningfully. Through immersive workshops, coaching, and group experiences around Australia, Forté supports individuals and teams to build what he calls relational fitness—the embodied skills of understanding feelings, expressing needs, setting boundaries, and fostering genuine connection.
Forté’s credibility comes not just from his training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Authentic Relating, and Nonviolent Communication (NVC), but also from his background in psychology, education, and counselling. What sets him apart, though, is his willingness to share his own story with honesty and humility. He’s not on a pedestal under a spotlight—he’s on a path holding a lantern.
If you’re looking for a guide who blends lived experience with emotional depth and practical tools, Forté offers a rare kind of support—grounded, hopeful, and deeply human.
Vision – The Future I’m Working Toward
I envision a world where empathy, honesty, and emotional intelligence are the foundations of all relationships—personal, professional, and communal. In this world, people feel seen, heard, and supported to be their full selves. Communities are interdependent, sustainable, and built on attuned relationships where all intimacy is sacred and all voices matter. My vision is for safe, connected, thriving networks that hold space for growth, healing, and belonging.
Mission – What I’m Doing Now
I facilitate coaching, workshops, and shared spaces where people can grow their relational fitness through deep listening, clear self-expression, and curiosity-driven connection. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and Authentic Relating (AR), I help individuals, teams, and communities develop emotional literacy, navigate conflict with care, and build resilient, heart-aligned relationships.
Purpose – Why I Do This Work
To create safe, empowering spaces where people can access and express their truth with clarity, compassion, and confidence. I support individuals in developing the tools of mindful communication so they can relate with authenticity, kindness, and presence—fostering a culture where collective wisdom, emotional expression, and attuned connection are honoured.
Legacy – The Impact I Want to Leave Behind
A connected, harmonious community where empathy is lived and practiced, where people are confident and kind in how they communicate, and where emotional safety supports freedom of expression. My legacy is a network of relationally fit individuals and groups who carry forward the tools and values of authentic communication, co-creating cultures of trust, respect, and genuine connection.
